Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RM Atoms' website and study platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

RM Atoms provides AI-powered exam preparation tools — including an AI tutor, adaptive quizzes, flashcards, revision sheets, a knowledge graph, mock exams, video lectures, and progress analytics — for candidates preparing for the CFA, CA, FRM, GMAT, and GRE exams. RM Atoms is an independent exam preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the CFA Institute, ICAI, GARP, GMAC, or ETS. "CFA®" and "CA®" are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Plans, payments, and free trial

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required.
• Paid plans (3 Months, 6 Months, and 6 Months + Mentor) are one-time payments for the stated access period, not recurring subscriptions, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST, where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; RM Atoms does not store your full payment card details.
• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute RM Atoms' curriculum, questions, mock exams, or AI-generated content for any commercial purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use the AI Tutor or any Service feature for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All curriculum content, questions, mock exams, software, and design on RM Atoms are the property of RM Atoms or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal exam preparation — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. AI-generated content

RM Atoms' AI Tutor and other AI-powered features generate explanations and practice material to support your learning. While built around exam-accurate curriculum, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. RM Atoms does not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any exam, and the Service should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment and diligence.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent payment activity, credential sharing, or abuse of the Service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RM Atoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including exam outcomes.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
