We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (3 Months, 6 Months, and 6 Months + Mentor). If RM Atoms isn't the right fit for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no detailed justification required.
Every new account already includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. We'd encourage you to use the trial to evaluate the Service before upgrading — this refund policy exists as a safety net for paid plans, not a substitute for trying before you buy.
Email support@rmatom.com or use our Contact page within 7 days of your purchase, with the email address associated with your account and (if available) your payment reference. We'll confirm your refund by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account statement.
Once a refund is processed, your plan reverts to the free tier and paid-plan features (unlimited AI Tutor access, mock exam simulations, video lectures, and multi-level access) are no longer available. Your progress, flashcards, and notes are not deleted and remain accessible if you choose to re-subscribe later.
Requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — for example, in cases of a billing error or duplicate charge. Contact us and we'll do our best to help even if you're just outside the window.
If a refund is requested on the 6 Months + Mentor plan after one or more live 1-on-1 mentor sessions have already taken place, we reserve the right to deduct a pro-rated amount for sessions completed before issuing the remainder.
